Video:  Summer Beach Project Gulf Coast

This video is a little old, but I hope you will watch it and consider going to Summer Beach Project this summer.  I went to Summer Beach Project in 2003; I went with the Gulf Coast section.  This summer I’m going to be going back to Summer Beach Project with the Birmingham section.  I am a student at the University of North Alabama.   

God has really used Campus Outreach in my life.  In 2001, I moved to Mobile, AL, primarily for golf.  I attended the Univeristy of South Alabama.  While there I saw a sign on the campus about the Campus Outreach rally.  At the the time there rallies were called “The Edge.”  I remember going, I think it was the first meeting of the semester, and after the meeting I talked to a guy named Chris Goodman.  Chris was a student at U.S.A.  After meeting eventually we started going to eat and study the Bible.  This was so helpful.  Eventually, God revealed to me that I was not a born-agian Christian.  Shortly after this I became a born-again Christian; God saved me.  After becoming a Christian, Chris Goodman discipled me and another guy. 

If you are a college student or about to be a college student I highly recommend getting involved with Campus Outreach ministry if there is one at your school.
